    Pau Oliver, a Mallorcan chef with an extensive career honoring Mallorca’s culinary heritage

    Pau Oliver, a native of Mallorca, boasts a long and distinguished culinary career, highlighted by his work in nationally and internationally acclaimed restaurants such as Tristán (Puerto Portals), which earned two Michelin stars. For several years, he also worked at Plat d'Or (Son Vida), a restaurant awarded one Michelin star, and served as the executive chef of Grupo Capuccino.


    As the leader of the resort's gastronomic offerings, his cuisine is inspired by simplicity and the quality of ingredients, blending traditional and modern techniques to create dishes that explore the essence of Mediterranean cuisine.

    Chef Diego Quispe, with over a decade of experience in Michelin-starred kitchens

    Diego Quispe, the newest member of our team, is an Argentine chef with over a decade of experience in prestigious Michelin-starred kitchens. Throughout his career, he has worked at world-renowned establishments such as Mirazur, awarded three Michelin stars. His proven expertise also led him to serve as head chef at 108 CPH, a one-Michelin-starred restaurant.


    His distinctive style draws inspiration from the creative and cultural influences acquired during his extensive travels. In this new role leading Mar Sea Club, his objective is to elevate the restaurant and its culinary offerings by creating innovative dishes inspired by the Mediterranean, infused with Latin American touches, and reflecting his remarkable journey.

Open every day except Wednesday and Thursday.

Lunch: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Dinner: 6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
